WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all online purchases. Pickups are available By appointment only.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on free shipping with purchases of $250 or more.

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Once your order is packaged, we will send you an email with your tracking number

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Additional fees may apply to orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30)days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@ironmts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
